Jotun Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic is a two component titanium catalysed inorganic ceramic copolymer. It complies with the generic type Multi Polymeric Matrix Coating. The product is resistant to low temperatures down to -196 °C and high temperatures up to 1000 °C continuously, where substrates allow. It offers an unparalleled tolerance range with ambient curing qualities, and market-leading durability and protection for carbon steel and exotic materials. Jotu Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic is simple to apply, durable, offers industry leading corrosion, fire, heat and cold protection, and allows for maintenance without shutting down facilities. It can be used as primer or finish coat in atmospheric environments and is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, stainless steel and ceramic substrates. It can be applied on hot substrates up to 150 °C.

As it is an inert multi-polymeric matrix coating. Jotatemp 1000 is highly resistant to temperatures down to 196 degree C and continuously up to 100 degree C (where substrates permit). Jotatemp 1000 is suitable for insulated and non-insulated surfaces with high thermal conductivity and can be used as a primer or finish coat where required in atmospheric environments. It provides optimized corrosion protection of carbon steel at ambient temperature during manufacturing and shut down. This coating is effective and provides excellent corrosion protection in insulation at operating temperatures above 250 degree centigrade.
